3. Is it possible to use an off-the-shelf sleep tracker, like an Apple Watch, with SleepFit360?
Although other off-the-shelf sleep trackers may track sleep stages, they do not measure the same comprehensive set of biomarkers that SleepFit360 does. SleepFit360 measures over 30 sleep biomarkers related to sleep, respiratory, and cardiac health, all of which have been clinically validated for high accuracy and reliability. Additionally, SleepFit coaches offer personalized interventions and suggestions, which is not available with off-the-shelf sleep trackers.
